Kim Matsunaga is a Korean born adoption specialist and social worker with over 40 years of experience with Korean Adoption. She has hosted numerous Homeland Tour and has escorted numerous individual families. Kim also has experience with pre-travel counseling and kids' adoption issues counseling.

Cheryl Buddington, LCSW, an adoptive mom, adoption worker and trainer has traveled to Korea both personally and professionally many times over the past ten years.  Cheryl has over 20 years experience working with adoptive families and adopted three children of her own, allowing her to assist you with adoption/parenting issues.

Sharan Wilson has one birth child and two adopted Korean-born children. She has participated with her children in the homeland tour and with other adoptive Moms in the mother's service trip. She has built a first hand knowledge of travel in Korea and the needs of parents and kids. Sharan has extensive experience in fundraising and organizing group service projects. She is also the Executive Director of Freedom Service Dogs, Inc. which rescues dogs from local animal shelters and trains them to aid the disabled.
